IntegralTherapy continues its “Time In” program with the following offerings:

In these 3-hour Sunday afternoons we will approach these topics with curiosity and creativity. We will explore them experientially as well. You don’t have to be a meditation practitioner. We welcome all levels of experience. The only expertise we require is an open mind and a desire to experience.

December 9th “The Care and Feeding of Demons”: An Approach to Integration
What are Demons? Why should they be fed? Demons live in all of us. They show up as the un-wanted and un-integrated part of ourselves. Jealousy and Resentment are two examples. What are yours? Normally and naturally, we try to expel them in the hope that they can’t continue to inflict pain on us. Paradoxically, what we need to do is to nurture and attend to their own suffering. This approach, taught to us by Lama Tsultrim Allione, teaches five steps to calm our demons. Please join us in this afternoon as we identify our own special demon(s) and draw upon this special resource.

Time: 1:30pm to 4:30pm at Sociometric Studios, 213 West 35th Street, Suite 806, NYC
