Living an Intimate Life - Spring Offerings
Dear friends and fellow practitioners,
We invite you take "Time In" this Spring. In these three hour sessions we will give time for meditation, reflection, active investigation and discussion.
We often are unaware of our reactions to people. We push away what is painful and carry on. Victor Frankl said: “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” RAIN gives us steps to pause and investigate our internal life, that space and opportunity to choose. Put another way: noticing and exploring reactivity is an opportunity to find and experience our deeper truth.
When: March 12th from 1:30pm to 4:30pm
Where: Sociometric Studios, 213 West 35th Street, Suite 806, NYC
Contact: Jaye Moyer at (845) 774-9364 or Jacquie Siroka (212) 947-7111 ext. 201
On May 14th we are offering a session entitled “Joy”. Stay tuned for more information.
There is no set fee for this program. (Suggested donation 40.00 - 60.00)
